SMS Messaging Program
By submitting the booking form with the SMS consent checkbox checked, you agree to receive text messages from CALA Retreats at the phone number you provide. Messages may include:
- Booking request confirmation with your reservation number

- Check-in instructions and keypad codes
- Stay-related updates or time-sensitive notices
- Replies to questions you initiate with us
Message frequency: Varies — typically 1 to 5 messages per booking.
Message & data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your reservation or our ability to reach you by email. You can also request opt-out directly by emailing us.
